Interim Executive Assignments

Over a period of years, completed several interim executive assignments and consulting projects for global companies affiliated with a large Swedish multinational company, a leading supplier of door and secure entry solutions with over 120 well-known brands. 

1.  Global company, a leading supplier of secure access solutions to the Hospitality industry.

Acted as Vice President, Human Resources and reported to CEO & President.  Responsible for HR support worldwide.  Contributed to development of business strategies and improved results.  Active member of the Executive Management Team (EMT) and global HR Council of the parent company. 

• Transferred global supply chain to China from Europe and built up a Shanghai-based organization
• Overhauled the European and Americas executive leadership teamsthrough internal promotions and executive search externally.
• Successfully recruited the replacement global HR Head and handled the smooth transition
• Continue to handle a few consulting projects for this client. 

 2.  Newly-formed global technology division, Providence, Rhode Island. 

Temporarily assumed Vice President, Human Resources role and reported to CEO/EVP.

• Established principles for executive development programswith IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland
• Developed a new program to recruit international MBAs
• Recruited the replacement VP, Human Resources

 3.  Expanding high-tech global business, Southern California. 

 Acted as interim Human Resources Director.

• Implemented new Talent Management & Succession Planning Program(TMP) worldwide
• Helped develop a leadership competencies evaluation(LCE) tool
• Coordinated a successful worldwide HR executives annual meeting
• Recruited the HR Director replacement to newly-defined HR role.
