John A.K. Lowe-Biography John A.K. Lowe is President of Hilltop Global Associates, LLC, a management consulting firm focused on global human resources and organization effectiveness. John Lowe is an internationalist with a multicultural, multilingual, and multi-industry background. Formerly, John was a senior human resources executive with leading US multinational corporations. Most recently, John was Vice President of Global Human Resources & Chief HR Officer with Brink’s, Incorporated, the Security industry leader with 50,000 employees in over 50 countries. Previously, he was an executive with GTECH Corporation, a leading high-tech supplier to the Lottery industry. He helped grow GTECH from a $200 million private company into $1 billion NYSE Corporation, and started up new operations in 40 countries. John A.K. Lowe held executive positions with Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, and RCA Corporation, and earlier with Southern Peru Copper Corporation, American Can, Anderson Clayton, Air Products & Chemicals. He began his career with Cummins Engine Company in the UK. John A.K. Lowe is active in the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Human Resources Planning Society (HRPS), International Executive Resources Group (IERG) and other professional organizations, and is a former member of National Foreign Trade Council (NFTC), Northeast HR Association (NEHRA), and WorldatWork (ex-American Compensation Association.) John Lowe served on the SHRM Panel that created the new GPHR (Global Professional in HR) certification examination and continues to serve on the Review Panel.
